Job summary

Master Meter, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to develop a territory in Minnesota and Wisconsin, selling AMI/AMR solutions to municipal accounts. The role is remote with significant travel and may be based anywhere in the territory.

You will lead prospecting, sales, and distributor collaboration while expanding Master Meter's presence with utilities and partners. A strong track record in municipal sales and Salesforce experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of proven sales experience driving territory growth in municipalities or government.
• Track record of sales success with understanding of the sales cycle and distributor channels.
• Ability to forecast sales growth.
• Ability to analyze market changes influencing municipal buying decisions.
• Brand ambassador with professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow territory revenue in MN/WI.
• Lead prospecting, sales and business development with distributors and utilities.
• Manage relationships with distributors and water utilities.
• Support distributor sales with training, product knowledge and warranty support.
• Establish direct utility sales in areas not covered by distribution.
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Represent Master Meter at local and regional trade shows.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activity (Salesforce).
