Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of proven sales experience driving territory growth.
• Experience working through distributor channels in municipal/government markets.
• Ability to forecast sales growth and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and drive to win.
• Territory travel required and ability to work remotely within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage active territory with prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship development to generate new business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors and water utilities.
• Provide training, technical support, and joint sales calls to distributor personnel and customers.
• Establish direct utility sales in areas not covered by distribution.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts; track activity in CRM.
• Represent Master Meter at local and regional trade shows; maintain CRM records.
