Central Garden & Pet is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for livestock feed additives with a remote, home-office setup. The role covers the Eastern US markets and involves leading market planning and product adoption in line with corporate objectives.

The successful candidate will report market conditions, support key accounts, and collaborate with regulatory and technical teams to deliver customer solutions while traveling extensively.

• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong field-based marketing and business planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with sales director and management to achieve market development and sales targets in assigned area for feed additive cattle products.
• Report market conditions and competitive environment to the management team.
• Develop market adoption strategies aligned with company objectives for cattle feed additive products in assigned area and/or accounts.
• Partner with key accounts to develop market adoption strategies for highest market share adoption quickly.
• Implement regional business plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Manage resources for high ROFE incl. marketing funds and equipment.
