Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is recruiting for a remote, field-based sales role focused on growing adoption of specialized rumen-protected amino acid technologies in the U.S. dairy and beef markets.

You will build new business, develop relationships with nutritionists, feed manufacturers, and livestock producers, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B sales experience in animal nutrition or feed additives, with a hunter mentality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in animal nutrition or feed additives.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth and expand market share for rumen-protected amino acid technologies and feed additive solutions.
• Develop targeted territory strategies to cultivate new business opportunities across dairy and beef production sectors.
• Identify, contact, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, feed mills, and independent nutritionists.
• Collaborate with internal technical and scientific teams to conduct consultative technical presentations and ROI demonstrations.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial outreach through technical trial evaluation and ongoing account management.
