Job summary

Central Garden & Pet Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager within the Central Life Sciences unit. This remote, home-office based role covers ND, MN, and Eastern MT/WY, with extensive travel to grain storage and processing accounts.

You will deliver annual sales plans, lead major accounts, and collaborate with Marketing, Technical Services, and field staff to drive product adoption across key brands. A science background and 7+ years of consultative sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agronomy, Ag Economics, Ag Education, Entomology, Chemistry, Grain Sciences and Processing or related degree.
• 7+ years consultative technical sales experience in the Agriculture Industry; preferably in stored grain and processing markets.

Responsibilities

• Delivers annual sales/profit plans.
• Serves as account lead for major grain and processor accounts.
• Reports on market conditions and competitive environment to management team.
• Develops market adoption strategies to enable highest market share adoption in the stored grain protectants portfolio.
• Leads the development and implementation of field sales plans with the specialty team to achieve sales objectives.
