Foodmate, a Duravant Company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the south-central US territory from a home office with frequent travel. You will develop sales strategies, secure new poultry processor accounts, and expand existing relationships while collaborating with engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver Foodmate solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in poultry processing preferred.
• Proven track record of selling capital equipment and growth.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex relationships.
• Strong network within poultry processing industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategy to achieve revenue growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with poultry processors.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers' key decision-makers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Use CRM tools to plan and record customer information, sales opportunities, actions taken, and next steps.
• Communicate with Technical Support Department regarding customer requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and competitive products.
• Coordinate equipment demonstrations, reference visits, and trade show participation.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities, customer activity, and sales reporting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by communicating the technical and operational benefits of Foodmate solutions.
