Job summary
Central Garden & Pet Company, through its Central Life Sciences division, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for grain and specialty products. This remote, home-office role covers ND, MN, and Eastern MT/WY, with travel to key accounts and industry events.
You’ll lead account development and collaborate with marketing and technical services to grow share in stored grain protectants. The ideal candidate has a science background and a proven sales track record, with strong presentation and planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant agribusiness or science field.
- 7+ years of consultative technical sales in Agriculture, preferably grain/processing.
Responsibilities
- Lead major grain and processor accounts.
- Develop market adoption strategies to maximize market share.
- Coordinate with Technical Services, Marketing, and other functions to drive product adoption and business planning.
- Prepare quarterly market plans and provide monthly product movement/sales reports.
- Represent Central Life Sciences at industry associations, trade shows, and meetings.
