Central Garden & Pet Company seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Grain and Specialty to drive sales in grain storage markets across ND, MN, and Eastern MT/WY. This remote role requires strong account leadership and the ability to implement strategic plans with the Central Life Sciences portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in consultative agricultural sales, a science background, and proven success in market development and multi-region travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years consultative technical sales in Agriculture, preferably stored grain and processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant agriscience or chemistry field.
• Experience with field-based marketing and business planning is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead major grain and processor accounts.
• Develop and implement field sales plans to meet objectives.
• Report market conditions, competition, and sales activity regularly.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Marketing, and other teams to drive product adoption.
• Maintain expense control and ROFE; manage marketing funds and equipment.
