Job summary

Teleflex in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager for Interventional Urology. You will hire and develop a regional sales team, forecast performance, and communicate value propositions to physicians.

Travel up to 80%; lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Area Sales Directors to drive account adoption and training, while ensuring regulatory compliance and execution of strategic goals.

Qualifications

• BA in Business (or related discipline) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of previous sales management experience strongly preferred, including a proven ability to manage a remote-based team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a regional sales team that meets quotas and targets.
• Provide career guidance and develop leaders within the sales organization.
• Maintain quarterly and annual regional plans with forecasts.
• Communicate value propositions of UroLift and Barrigel to physicians.
• Partner with Area Sales Directors and Marketing to prioritize key accounts.
