Job summary
Keenova is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead immunology sales for the region, reporting to the Senior Director. Responsibilities include driving team performance, strategic planning, and ensuring compliant execution of plans in a multi-location market.
The role requires leadership of a sales force, review of plans, field coaching, and close collaboration with marketing and home office teams. 70% travel is expected; strong clinical and commercial acumen is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and 3-5 years pharmaceutical or biotech sales management experience.
- Therapeutic area experience in Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Ophthalmology experience highly preferred.
- Proven leadership of sales teams and strategic account planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales performance and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
- Review and approve account-specific business plans reflecting market forces.
- Coach on product knowledge, planning, territory management and closing.
