Job summary

HARTING Inc. of North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales, OEM engagement, and distributor partner development across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. This remote role targets technical B2B selling and channel collaboration within a technology-driven environment.

You will drive new business with OEM customers while enabling distributors to support regional growth. Travel up to 50% and close collaboration with engineering and purchasing are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field sales experience in OEM/technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead field sales across CA, AZ, NV, and UT with OEM and distributor partners.
• Engage with OEM engineering, operations, and purchasing teams to identify opportunities.
• Drive specification of HARTING solutions through technical customer discussions.
• Develop and nurture distributor partnerships to enable regional growth.
• Travel up to 50% within the region and conduct OEM visits.
• Provide product and solution training to distributor sales teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy and execution.
