Job summary

Cytena GmbH is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. The role focuses on selling our fluorescence microscopy solutions and hybrid microscopes to academic and biotech customers from a remote US base. You will drive demonstrations, build distributor networks, and travel as needed to meet targets.

The candidate should have life science sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of life science sales or hands-on microscopy experience.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills to explain technical products.
• Fast learner with ability to close deals and understand life science researchers’ needs.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of Cytena’s hybrid microscopes in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Conduct successful product demonstrations.
• Create new opportunities and build distributor/customer relationships.
• Negotiate configurations and pricing.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Work in a team selling environment with FAS and specialists
• Overnight travel as territory size requires.
