BigID in Minnesota is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive deals in the enterprise data security space. You will own account strategy, manage a territory, forecast accurately in Salesforce, and collaborate with inside sales and marketing to uncover opportunities.

You bring 5–10+ years of direct software sales experience to large enterprises, a proven record closing six- and seven-figure licenses, and the ability to engage executives.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of direct software sales experience to mid-size to large enterprises.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure software licensing deals.
• Strong new business development and hitting sales targets.
• Experience selling data security or related enterprise solutions.
• Ability to sell to complex technical audiences and executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and execute a comprehensive account strategy to close new business and drive expansion within a defined territory.
• Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast for your territory (e.g., Salesforce).
• Network in customer and related organizations and establish executive relationships.
• Lead territory quota and named accounts, coordinating with inside sales and marketing.
