BigID is hiring a Regional Sales Manager based in the United States to drive enterprise data and security software deals. You will manage a defined territory, forecast accurately, and build strategic relationships with senior executives to close large opportunities.

The role requires 5–10+ years of direct software sales, a proven track record of six- and seven-figure deals, and experience selling to mid-size to large enterprises in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure software licensing deals.
• Experience selling data security or enterprise software to mid-size to large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and execute a comprehensive account strategy to close new business and drive expansion within a defined territory.
• Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast for your territory.
• Network in customer and related organizations to access key decision-makers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate account intelligence in Salesforce with regular forecasting to leadership.
• Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management.
• Own territory quota and named accounts, driving growth.
• Direct an inside sales team and marketing to uncover opportunities in territory.
