BigID in Ohio is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise data security software deals. You will own territory strategy, forecast, and close multi-million opportunities with mid-size to large enterprises.

You’ll lead an inside sales team, collaborate with marketing, and build relationships with executives. The role offers a remote-first culture, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to mid-size to large enterprises.
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure software licensing deals.
• Measurable success in new business development and overachieving targets.
• Experience selling data security solutions.
• Ability to sell complex enterprise software in fast-growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and execute a comprehensive account strategy to close new business and drive expansion.
• Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast for your territory.
• Network in customer and related organizations.
• Establish relationships with executives and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain account intelligence in Salesforce and forecast opportunities to leadership.
• Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management.
• Responsible for territory quota and named accounts.
• Direct an inside sales team and marketing to uncover opportunities.
