Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Central to drive profitable growth for Starline’s data center power infrastructure portfolio. This remote role covers MO, WI, MI, IA, IL, and IN, leading regional strategy, pipeline, and key account management with channel partners and customers.

You will report to the VP of US Data Center Sales and collaborate with multiple internal teams, travel about 50% of the time, and participate in industry events to grow market share.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years sales experience required, account management experience preferred.
• 1-3 years management/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales or strategic markets (data center, industrial, retail).
• Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical sales plans.
• Progressive responsibility in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the region’s annual revenue objective.
• Manage sales channel and partners to meet objectives.
• Develop target markets, account strategies, and prospecting plans.
• Negotiate contracts and assist in administration.
• Create proposals and deliver presentations.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and events.
