Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking an Xtime Inside Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue remotely across FL, AL, MS and portions of TN. You will consult with automotive dealers, bundle Xtime solutions, and close new business using Challenger-based selling.

This role offers a base salary in the range of $64,800.00–$97,200.00 with an annual incentive/commission target of $85,000. Remote work is available, with preference for Eastern Time Zone residents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years in a related field (or an equivalent combo).
Safe driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Share a territory goal with Outside Regional Sales Managers to coordinate prospective clients and up-sell.
Use the Challenger-based selling approach to close complex sales opportunities.
Engage cross-business unit partners to drive mutual productivity.
Promote Xtime and its core products to create value and recurring revenue.
Advise customers to build market share, increase revenue, and retain business.
Leverage managers and sales tools for a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate customer and sales activity info in Salesforce.
Manage relationships through to sale with fact-finding and demonstration of solutions.
Interact with Sr. management and owners to cultivate lasting relationships.
Ensure monthly, weekly, and yearly sales goals are met or exceeded.
Focus on new business development and customer relationships.
Prepare sales plans and product packages for customers.
Provide accurate forecasting and develop weekly/monthly sales plans.
