Cox Automotive is seeking an Inside Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue in an assigned US territory by offering Xtime product solutions to automotive dealers. You will consult with customers, assess needs, and bundle optimal product packages, negotiating pricing and closing new business.

The role covers FL, AL, MS and part of TN as a remote opportunity; eastern time zone preferred. A base salary plus bonus and benefits are offered with a focus on growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
• Alternative combinations like master's degree with 4 years' experience; Ph.D. with 1 year; or 10 years' experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Share a territory goal and coordinate prospective clients with Outside Regional Sales Managers.
• Use Challenger-based selling to close complex sales opportunities.
• Engage cross-business unit partners to drive mutual productivity.
• Promote Xtime and its core products to create value and recurring revenue.
• Advise customers to build market share, increase revenue, and retain business.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information in Salesforce.
• Manage relationships from prospecting to sale, handling objections and needs analysis.
• Interact with Sr. management and owners to cultivate relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly, weekly, and yearly sales goals.
• Focus on new business development and customer relationships.
