Job summary

Thales is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Cyber Security Product line. You will sell to end-users directly and through channels, build senior-level relationships, and develop compelling business value propositions to close opportunities in the region.

Based in California with remote flexibility, you will drive new business, manage accounts, and coordinate with sales engineers to forecast pipeline and hit defined KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Technology Solution Sales
• 4+ years sales experience in Application Security or Network Security
• Established relationships with decision makers in Cyber Security in large enterprise accounts
• Ability to manage accounts/territories with minimal oversight
• Experience with the full sales cycle and account plans

Responsibilities

• Penetrate target accounts in territory and drive sales of Application Security solutions
• Generate leads and present portfolio to customers and partners
• Negotiate terms/pricing and close deals
• Schedule and conduct meetings with sales engineers and management to forecast and track KPIs
