SCHUNK is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest Territory. This remote role involves travel across MN, WI, ND, and SD, managing OEMs, machine builders, integrators, distributors, and end users to accelerate revenue growth.

The candidate should bring automation sales experience, strong communication, and a consultative selling approach. Expect 50% client engagement, 20% new business development, 20% channel enablement, and 10% internal collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/machining/industrial automation sales with proven new business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proficiency with CRM systems (SAP C4C).

Aufgaben

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across OEMs, system integrators, machine builders, distributors, and end users.
• Position SCHUNK solutions by demonstrating technical expertise, application knowledge, and measurable business value.
• Drive specification wins on new machine builds through collaboration with OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, quotations, and follow-up actions within SAP C4C.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Inside Sales, Marketing, and leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions and growth initiatives.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and trade show activities.
