Job summary

SCHUNK USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across a diverse territory including machine builders, OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users. This remote field role requires travel within Minnesota and neighboring states while leveraging SAP C4C for forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM discipline.

You will build strategic relationships, uncover opportunities, and coordinate with product management and marketing to deliver a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across OEMs, system integrators, machine builders, distributors, and end users.
• Position SCHUNK solutions with technical expertise and ROI-focused demonstrations and consultations.
• Drive specification wins and develop channel partners to expand market coverage.
