Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Regional Business Manager II to drive growth and strengthen dealer partnerships across the southeastern U.S. This remote role focuses on strategic planning, sales execution, and customer success.

You will work with the dealer network to develop strategies, analyze performance data, and deliver innovative solutions that increase market share while collaborating with marketing and product teams. Strong business acumen and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred. Equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer strategies to optimize sales performance.
• Collaborate with dealers to align customer and market demands with company needs.
• Attain market share goals through proactive product sales, branding and penetration.
• Respond to orders and requests to ensure customer satisfaction and dealer support.
• Identify innovative solutions to territory challenges to drive growth.
• Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers.
• Analyze sales data and dealer plans to guide strategic adjustments.
• Coach dealers and internal teams to implement action items effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to communicate value propositions to customers.
• Travel Approximately 75%.
