Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a District Sales Manager I – Construction to drive growth across the Northeastern U.S. You will build strong dealer relationships, understand market dynamics, and identify opportunities to stay ahead of competitors.

You will coach dealers, support dealer success through training and promotions, and manage priorities to influence results across the territory. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and customer-focused outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to effectively manage a designated sales territory.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales management software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; willingness to travel ~75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and dealer relationships to drive growth in the Northeastern U.S.
• Coach and train dealers to improve performance and customer experience.
• Lead dealer performance reviews and align actions with company objectives.
• Coordinate sales blitzes and promotions to boost market share and dealer engagement.
• Develop and implement dealer strategies and programs for broader market coverage.
• Collaborate with DPSMs, finance reps, and corporate to drive business results.
