Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a District Sales Manager I – Construction to drive growth in the Northeastern U.S. You will build dealer partnerships, understand markets, and uncover opportunities to stay ahead of competition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience with an understanding of commercial marketing.
• Ability to manage a designated sales territory.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Understand market potential, customer demographics, and competitive landscape in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with dealerships to ensure high customer satisfaction and quality experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers to achieve common goals.
• Manage daily activities, plans, and goals within the territory.
• Oversee financial resources and inventory stocking for market success.
• Conduct monthly reviews and monitor dealer compliance with plans.
