Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Regional Business Manager to grow market share, strengthen dealer partnerships, and drive results across the southeastern United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding sales territories.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound business decisions.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and objectives.
• Proficient in negotiation techniques and strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and individual dealer strategies to optimize sales performance and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to communicate customer and dealer needs to appropriate departments.
• Consistently attain market share goals through proactive product sales efforts.
• Respond promptly to orders and retail requests to ensure customer satisfaction and dealer support.
• Identify innovative solutions to territory challenges to drive growth.
• Drive dealer performance through quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers.
• Analyze sales data and dealer action plans to identify growth opportunities and strategic adjustments.
• Coach and support new and existing sales specialists to improve performance.
