Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a District Sales Manager I – Construction to drive growth across the Northeastern U.S. You will build strong dealer partnerships, analyze market data, and identify opportunities to outperform the competition.

You will coach dealers, train teams, and run targeted promotions while coordinating cross-functionally to improve dealer capabilities and territory success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience with an understanding of commercial marketing.
• Ability to effectively manage a designated sales territory.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Understand the market potential, customer demographics, and competitive landscape; work with dealerships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Dealer Communication and Accountability: Drive dealer performance through regular meetings, present market data, and review plans quarterly.
• Develop Dealer Strategy and Programs: Establish dealer coverage, recruit new dealers, and ensure successful market integration.
• Communication and Development: Collaborate with DPSMs, Doosan Bobcat Financial reps, and the Corporate office to drive business success.
