Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Regional Business Manager to grow market share, strengthen dealer partnerships, and help customers succeed across the southeastern territory. This remote role focuses on developing strategic sales plans, guiding dealers with data-driven insights, and delivering innovative solutions that support long-term success.

You will work with the dealer network to execute sales strategies, drive business performance, and act as a trusted advisor representing a world-class brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years business-to-business sales and marketing experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding sales territories.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer strategies to optimize sales and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to relay customer needs to internal teams.
• Attain market share goals through proactive product sales and brand efforts.
• Respond promptly to orders and dealer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify innovative solutions to overcome territory challenges and drive growth.
