Job summary

Savant Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue and install quotas through the Professional Sales Channel in the TOLA region. You will develop territory plans, train integrators, recruit new customers, and grow product adoption across multiple Savant categories.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or 3–5 years of technical sales experience.
Experience with home automation and control, networking, entertainment, lighting and HVAC control solutions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; excellent listening skills.
Excellent computer skills, including programming experience, proficient in Keynote, iPad/iPhone applications, webinar platforms, etc.
Ability to analyze and adapt to business priorities in a fast paced environment; solid financial and budgetary skills.
Must live within the TOLA sales region (TX, OK, LA, AR).
Remote Position: Ideal Locations include Dallas, TX, & Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

Define and execute territory action plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and install quota.
Work with integrators to achieve annual sales targets and forecasts.
Provide in-region new product overviews and training.
Target and recruit new, qualified customers to increase market share.
Qualify sales leads and pass referrals to the integrator base.
Increase market share with existing customers by promoting multiple product categories.
Support Savant Authorized Integrators to design new systems with Savant technology.
Interface with Technical Support and Customer Service on service and design activities.
Participate in alpha/beta testing of new products and report issues.
Promote Savant product categories and brand at local/national events.
