Job summary

Savant Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue and install quotas by growing and supporting the region’s Professional Sales Channel. This role focuses on channel development, product adoption, and project attachment with support from the regional team and local representatives.

You will work with integrators to meet targets, provide product overviews and training, recruit new customers, and visit key specifiers to deliver design training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of technical sales experience.
• Experience with home automation and control, networking, entertainment and HVAC control solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with presentation and webinar tools.
• Ability to analyze and adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must live within the TOLA sales region (TX, OK, LA, AR).
• Remote Position: Ideal locations include Dallas, TX and Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory action plans to achieve revenue and install quotas.
• Work with integrators to hit annual sales targets and forecast projects.
• Provide in-region product overviews and training on new Savant offerings.
• Recruit new, qualified customers to grow market share and qualify leads.
• Visit key specifiers and provide system design training.
• Collaborate with Savant Authorized Integrators to design systems end-to-end and drive services.
