Job summary

Savant Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue in the Southeast region by supporting and growing the Professional Sales Channel. You will manage territory plans, train integrators, and increase market share through multiple product categories.

The role emphasizes remote work options and requires a background in home automation, networking, lighting, HVAC, and strong communication skills. Base salary spans $90k-$120k with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or 3-5 years of technical sales experience
• Experience with home automation and control, networking, entertainment, lighting and HVAC control solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills including Keynote, iPad/iPhone apps and webinar platforms

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory action plans to achieve revenue and install quotas
• Work with integrators to reach annual sales targets and forecast quarterly projects
• Provide in-region product overviews and training, recruit new customers to grow market share
• Qualify leads and pass referrals to integrator base; visit key specifiers and train on system design
• Promote multiple Savant product categories and drive adoption across projects
