Job summary

Savant is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue and install quotas through the Professional Sales Channel. You will develop the region’s channel, promote new products, and manage key integrator relationships, aligning quarterly priorities with the regional team.

You will train and support Savant Authorized Integrators, design solutions, and advance multiple product categories on large- and small-scale projects. This is a remote-friendly role in the TOLA region with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or 3–5 years of technical sales experience.
• Experience with home automation and control, networking, entertainment, lighting and HVAC control solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent listening skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including programming experience, proficient in Keynote, iPad/iPhone applications, webinar platforms, etc.
• Ability to analyze and adapt to business priorities in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Solid financial and budgetary skills.
• Must live within the TOLA sales region (TX, OK, LA, AR). Remote Position: Ideal Locations include Dallas, TX, & Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory action plans to achieve revenue and install quotas.
• Work with integrators to hit annual sales targets and forecasts.
• Provide in-region product overviews and training.
• Target and recruit new qualified customers to grow market share.
• Qualify sales leads and refer to the integrator base.
• Identify key specifiers and provide system design training.
• Increase market share with existing customers across product categories.
• Support Authorized Integrators to design new Savant systems.
• Drive in-field upgrade revenue and plan local education events.
• Interface with Technical Support and Customer Service on region activities.
• Participate in alpha/beta testing and bug reporting.
• Promote Savant Product Categories and brand at events.
• Promote the Savant brand locally with trades people and end-users.
