Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build and own a high-growth territory in the multifamily energy, technology, and operational solutions space. You will hunt, develop relationships with developers, owners, operators, and asset managers, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract.

This remote role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with travel to local markets and industry events as needed to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to the multifamily ecosystem or relationships with developers/owners/operators is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, competitive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales process from prospecting through contract execution.
• Develop strategic relationships with multifamily developers, owners, operators and asset managers.
• Create and manage a strong pipeline, targeting NOI improvement and long-term asset performance.
