Nextech, a leader in specialty healthcare technology solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales to MedSpa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, and cosmetic-focused practices.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution and act as a trusted advisor to practice leaders seeking to improve patient engagement and business growth through technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales processes.
• Strong relationship management and customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle within the 1-2 physician specialty market segment.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Conduct qualification and discovery to assess client needs.
• Deliver consultative product demonstrations to physicians and staff.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and nurture inbound and self-sourced leads.
• Travel 30-40% for trade shows, visits, and off-site meetings.
• Prepare and present price proposals and ROI calculations.
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure smooth implementation.
