Nextech is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive Nextech adoption in physician markets, typically practices with multiple doctors. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiations and client hand-off to account management.

The role requires extensive enterprise sales experience in healthcare, including ophthalmology, with a proven ability to engage executive-level leaders and meet ambitious quotas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in healthcare settings or related PE-backed groups.
• Experience selling to Ophthalmology practices or healthcare providers.
• At least 2+ years of transactional selling experience.
• Ability to independently manage sales cycles; managerial experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to access executive level practice leadership (Medical Director/Chief Physician or Board level).
• Excellent relationship building skills and strong business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas within the assigned territory.
• Achieve key performance metrics published by the company.
• Prospect within territory to develop opportunities for Nextech.
• Travel as needed to conduct comprehensive sales cycles.
• Demonstrate Nextech software capabilities to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present price proposals and ROI for clients.
• Negotiate contracts within Nextech guidelines and obtain approvals as required.
• Maintain client relationships through implementation and ongoing support.
