Job summary

Fortune Brands is seeking a remote, field-based Regional Sales professional for the Mid-South territory (TX, LA, MS, OK, AR, TN, KY). The role requires 4–5 overnight trips monthly, and travel will be supported with a company car, laptop, and cell phone.

You will build and execute sales strategies, manage relationships with independent agencies, and work with the Sales VP to optimize go-to-market staffing. A history of growing sales in luxury plumbing/hardware is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate progressive sales growth across territories.
Experience with independent sales representative agencies.
Proficient in CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
Willingness to travel 4–5 overnight trips per month.
Background in luxury plumbing/hardware/building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and execute short and long-term sales strategies for the region.
Meet or exceed sales targets via market programs and strategies.
Partner with the Sales VP to set regional go-to-market staffing and execution.
Develop deep understanding of regional market dynamics and distribution policy.
Maintain strong relationships across the channel and uphold House of Rohl brand standards.
Monitor trends, competition, and product performance for leadership reporting.
