Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midsouth region to own sales growth across luxury brands. You will set regional strategy, lead the team, and partner with the VP of Sales to optimize go-to-market plans.

This remote, field-based role requires 4–5 overnight trips per month and a track record of growing revenue in luxury plumbing/hardware segments. A company car, laptop, and cell phone are provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience, OR a high school diploma with at least 12 years of sales experience.
• Demonstrated progressive career growth in sales; track record of growing territories and revenue.
• Experience working with independent sales representative agencies.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage customer relationships and sales activities.

• Build and execute short and long-term sales strategies for every territory and segment delivering growth targets.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by running and evaluating market programs and strategies.
• Partner with the Sales VP to set the regional go-to-market staffing model and own its execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and manage distribution policy.
• Manage a high-performance culture through aggressive target setting and performance management.
• Monitor and report business trends, distribution patterns, consumer and trade attitudes to senior leadership.
