Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a field-based sales leader for the Mid-South region. This remote role supports TX, LA, MS, OK, AR, TN, KY with travel of 4–5 overnights per month. You will manage relationships, drive growth, and ensure alignment with brand standards across luxury plumbing and hardware lines.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record in distributed channels, experience with independent agencies, and strong CRM proficiency. A company car and tech tools are provided.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 12 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of aggressively growing sales territories and revenue.
• Experience working with independent sales representative agencies and using CRM systems.

Mansioni

• Build and execute short and long-term sales strategies for the Mid-South region.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by evaluating market programs and strategies.
• Partner with Sales VP to set regional staffing and drive go-to-market execution.
• Develop understanding of regional market dynamics and maintain channel relationships.
• Lead a high-performance culture with target setting and performance management.
• Monitor market trends, distribution patterns and product performance for leadership review.
