American Hydro, based in York, Pennsylvania, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the assigned U.S. region. You will lead account strategies, manage CRM, and coordinate bid activities from proposal through contract finalization.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in regional sales, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to win large hydro turbine projects. Travel up to 75% and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to develop account strategies and manage complex customer relationships
• Strong communication and analytical abilities

• Develop business opportunities and achieve order intake targets within the regional territory
• Develop Key Account Management strategies for regional customers and understand customer decision processes
• CRM management, reporting and forecast development
• Lead development of winning bid strategies
• Coordinate contract proposals and ensure alignment with customer requirements through bid to contract finalization
