American Hydro in York, PA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to identify business opportunities and meet regional order intake targets. You will develop Key Account Management strategies to understand customer organizations, influencers, and decision processes.

Responsibilities include CRM management, forecasting, bid strategy, and contract negotiations, plus coordinating with suppliers, EPC firms, and government agencies involved in regional projects. Travel up to 75% may be required.

• Lead development of winning bid strategies and contract negotiations.
• Review customer proposals and communicate key drivers to internal teams.
