Job summary

Hazelcast is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead regional revenue growth from a remote-based position in the United States. You will own territory planning, prospecting, closing deals, and optimizing customer lifecycle from prospect to renewal and expansion.

You will collaborate with Sales, Business Development and Marketing to execute a comprehensive territory plan, forecast opportunities, and drive market share in the software solutions space.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant software sales experience.
• Extensive territory development and prospecting ability with strong closing skills.
• Ability to plan and execute sales meetings to drive the sales process to timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales quota.
• Sell within the assigned region and negotiate pricing within established guidelines.
• Identify, qualify and close new customers and opportunities through all sales cycle stages.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and communicate business value of Hazelcast solutions.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and reports in Salesforce CRM.
