Job summary

Direct Wire & Cable is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This position is remote but requires travel within the territory up to 60% and uses Salesforce to manage the pipeline.

You will generate new business, build long-term customer relationships, and strive to exceed sales goals. Competitive pay with bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance on day 1, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales and/or customer relations.
• 2–3 years of B2B customer account management experience.
• 2–3 years of selling in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience leveraging and maintaining a CRM platform, such as Salesforce, to manage the sales pipeline.
