The ideal candidate has deep experience selling to SLED and Federal clients, a proven quota track record, and a strong grasp of hybrid cloud security solutions. Remote work is supported with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Protection and Cyber Resilience domain.
• 3+ years leading enterprise software sales teams.
• Experience selling to SLED and Federal clients required.
• History of consistently exceeding quota objectives.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC/ MEDDPICC / Force Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue growth for Data Protection & Cyber Resilience portfolio.
• Deliver accurate quarterly forecasts in Salesforce and manage programs for growth.
• Recruit and coach a team of Specialist Account Executives; conduct regular reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scale solutions and accelerate opportunities.
• Build relationships with Channel and Alliance partners to extend reach.
