Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Data Protection Sales Specialist to drive revenue in DP/BC/DR/CR across the assigned territory. This role is remote/teleworker, focusing on a consultative approach with customers and partners.

You will engage with internal sellers, channel partners, ISV partners, and customers to grow market share while positioning Zerto and related data protection solutions. A strong track record in complex $MM deals and MEDDIC-based selling is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of field software solution sales experience.
• At least 2 years selling data protection, BC/DR or cyber resiliency solutions.
• Consultative selling approach with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Willing to travel within region and reside within 50 miles of assigned region.
• Strong relationships in VAR/Reseller/Managed Provider ecosystems.
• Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus and MEDDIC/Force Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across the Data Protection portfolio (DP/BC/DR/CR).
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop opportunities and augment pursuits.
• Lead pipeline hygiene with account managers, presales, and channel partners.
• Negotiate and close profitable deals with a high win rate.
• Engage C-level clients and articulate ROI and TCO benefits.
