Seco Tools LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a 5–6 person team across the Central Plains region, covering KS, MO, OK, CO, and IA. The role focuses on aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors with 50%+ travel and remote work flexibility.

You will drive growth, align with the Sales Blueprint and Initiative 2030, and collaborate across functions to deliver a unified customer experience. A strong leadership track record in manufacturing sales is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administration; or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales.
• 3+ years in a people-leadership role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region.
• Living in the region of responsibility is required.
