Job summary

Seco Tools, a Sandvik subsidiary, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a 5–6 person team across the Central Plains region (KS, MO, OK, CO, IA). This remote role requires 50%+ travel and focuses on aerospace, defense, and precision manufacturing customers to drive sustainable growth.

You will develop territory strategies, coach reps, and align efforts with the Sales Blueprint and Initiative 2030 to expand distributor and end-user relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Tech, or Business Admin.
• 5–7 years in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales.
• 3+ years in a people-leadership role.
• Proven success managing geographically dispersed teams.
• CRM, analytics, and digital engagement proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional sales team of 5–6 professionals.
• Develop territory growth strategies and engage with key customers.
• Drive revenue and profitability through distributor and end-user relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to enhance customer experience.
