Job summary

Seco Tools LLC seeks an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead a 5–6 person team across the Central Plains region, including KS, MO, OK, CO, and IA. The role focuses on strategic growth, distributor/end-user relationships, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue.

You will manage key accounts in aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, and other industries, with up to 50% travel to support customers and business activities across the territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5–7 years in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales.
3+ years in a people-leadership role.
Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams.
CRM systems, analytics, and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities
