Seco Tools seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a 5–6 person team across the Central Plains, covering KS, MO, OK, CO, and IA. You will drive growth, manage key accounts, and align with Sales Blueprint and Initiative 2030 while traveling 50%+.

You’ll influence customers in aerospace, defense, and precision manufacturing, building value through distributor networks and end-user engagement. This role is remote with regional travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of industrial or metal cutting sales experience preferred.
• 3+ years in a people-leadership role.
• Strong CRM, analytics and digital engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of 5–6 professionals.
• Develop territory growth strategies and engage key customers.
• Drive distributor and end‑user relationships to grow revenue.
