Seco Tools is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a 5–6 person team across the Central Plains region, covering KS, MO, OK, CO, and IA. The role emphasizes strategic growth, distributor and end‑user relationships, and driving revenue in aerospace, defense, and precision manufacturing.

You’ll travel 50%+, mentor and develop sales professionals, align with Sales Blueprint and Initiative 2030, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver outstanding customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administration—or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales preferred.
• 3+ years in a people-leadership role.
• Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets.
• Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development.

Responsibilities
