vCluster Labs is seeking a Regional Sales Director to build and lead a regional sales team, and to own the go-to-market strategy for key enterprise accounts. You will recruit top talent, drive pipeline, and orchestrate large, strategic opportunities with executive stakeholders.

You will shape the regional land-and-expand motion, guide outbound excellence, and partner on field events and demand generation, enabling a high-growth AI infrastructure platform across global customers.

Formación

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience in Kubernetes, AI infrastructure or cloud platforms.
• Ability to recruit and build high-performance regional sales teams.
• Strong GTM strategy, forecasting, and executive-level negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, and lead a regional team of Enterprise and Strategic AEs.
• Own the GTM strategy and regional pipeline for Fortune 500 and global enterprise accounts.
• Drive land and expand motions with high forecast accuracy and rigor.
