Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Regional Sales Director to architect the GTM for a category-defining AI infrastructure platform. You will recruit, build, and lead a high-performance regional team selling to engineering, DevOps, and AI leaders.

You will own land-and-expand strategy, drive a data-driven hunting cadence, and orchestrate deals with C-level executives across Fortune 500 and global enterprises.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience in Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, or high-growth cloud platforms.
• Start-up grit: built scalable sales teams from early stages to predictable growth.
• Technically fluent in cloud-native ecosystems and able to engage CTOs or Lead Architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional Enterprise and Strategic AE team, hiring and developing top talent.
• Own land-and-expand motions to maximize ARR and NRR within accounts.
• Institute a relentless hunting cadence to penetrate Fortune 500 and global enterprise markets.
• Serve as a player-coach on the region's largest opportunities.
• Partner on regional events and demand-gen to convert into high-quality pipeline.
• Drive forecast accuracy and leverage MEDDPICC/Command of the Message frameworks.
